1. General Policy
- We take great care to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition and of the best quality.
- Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers, cakes, and personalized gifts), returns or exchanges are not allowed after delivery except in specific cases.
2. Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return
- If the product arrives damaged or different from what was ordered.
- If there is an error in the flower type, color, or arrangement.
- If the order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without a valid reason.
In such cases, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
- Fresh flowers and cakes once delivered.
- Customized or made-to-order products (such as personalized bouquets or name arrangements).
- Orders that were delivered on time and in good condition.
4. Exchange or Compensation Procedure
- After verification, we may offer a free replacement or a store credit of equal value.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before preparation or delivery begins.
- Once the order has been prepared (especially flowers or cakes), it cannot be canceled or refunded.
